For us, this restaurant is currently the best Greek in the area - great food, great ambience, great location. The restaurant is located directly on the market square, in the beautiful city center of Sondershausen - in close proximity to the castle park and the castle grounds. The restaurant itself is located on the lower floor - practically in the basement and also offers plenty of outdoor seating. The seating outside is all covered with generous umbrellas, which makes sitting very pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant is modern both outside and inside and everything was very clean and attractive. The menu is varied and the prices are absolutely reasonable. We found the salad buffet to be the most beautiful, although it was manageable, but not only (as is so often the case) of leaves, cucumber and tomatoes, but also included such delicious things as green bean salad, broad bean salad and coleslaw. That alone is worth visiting this Greek for us. The waiting times for the food are neither too short nor too long, the waiters are all pleasantly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The corona rules were implemented very well. The waiters wore a mouth and nose cover and at the salad buffet it was immediately ensured that the guests only went to the buffet with mouth and nose protection and that their hands were disinfected beforehand. All in all, we felt very comfortable - which, considering the well-frequented restaurant, was obviously not just for us. We had a nice, pleasant evening with delicious food and would definitely like to come back.

It was delicious, dishes came quickly and the portions were sufficient! One point deduction because the gyros was a little too spicy. Otherwise recommended 😊

Very nice service, parking in the courtyard, but very narrow.

Food was good, but nothing special either, Greek. The boss of the house apparently goes to the basement to smile, grumpy face. Chef doesn't make a friendlier face either. We don't have to go there again!

Eaten very well, the lamb on my Helena plate was tender and tasted excellent! The baked lamb fillets in metax sauce, which my wife ordered, were also excellent! I don't want to forget the starter Kalamaris, which I also enjoyed very well 🤗👏🤗

A really good restaurant Very tasty, lamb is available in several varieties and tastes good. The pork dishes are also very good. Unfortunately I couldn't try any more. But next time .. Nice service, extra requests are gladly fulfilled and as we could hear the operation is multilingual 👍

Food tastes great. Operation is ok. But the friendliness of the boss is abnormal. The treated us as guests like the last dirt. We have often experienced there and were there only because of the good food again .... therefore only 2 stars

The restaurant is quite comfortable, the service was also nice. However, the lunch left much to be desired. The salad was so sour - I had to let him stand, although the nice gentleman mixed some oil with me, the salad was inedible for me, unfortunately. The plate with the meat spit and the rice was delicious, but not enough - I got up hungry. Here is the price-performance ratio definitely not, at least not at lunch.

The appetizer was delicious and appetizing. My main course was not to complain about, my partner was probably not so good, meat rather dry. The side salad to the dish was a bit too sour for me personally. The ordered wine was unfortunately not my taste, was probably a bit stale :( What bothered us very much, we were pretty early and the only guests so far, you were constantly watching from the staff and I suspect the family members sitting at the bar.

Very good restaurant. The staff is very friendly, short waiting times, nice ambience and the most important super delicious food. This was my first time there, but certainly not the last time. I can only recommend.

Very good Greek food. Not finished goods, but everything with love and passion for the food homemade. The boss also likes to give a special bottle from his own wine cellar, if you ask and is a very good host. We had a very nice evening in Syrtaki. Thank you very much!
